Still no shovels in the ground as of July 22, 2023. What happened to inclusionary zoning, particularly by transit.

In Vancouver it's pretty common that inclusionary-zoning requirements for a density bonus are 20%. So if this project has 30% non-market housing, that seems pretty good. https://morehousing.ca/mixed-income-developments
