What I like about the current approach is that the Conservatives and Liberals are now more or less on the same page. We need more housing; the federal government needs to push municipalities need to allow it. So then it's just a question of which party is going to be better at implementing that plan.
Liberals can now say "we finally did the right thing after trying several kinds of nothing".
