If the province come out and say it should be 1.5 FSR, that would be amazing. But feel a lot more likely that they will just leave the FSR number to municipality? What's your take?
The mention of a "policy manual" suggests that they're going to come out with specific requirements. My guess is that they'll start by encouraging municipalities to adopt those requirements.
