Speaker: Tedesco, that’s like a golf course, yeah?
Chair: Are you asking me if Tedesco is a golf course?
Speaker: Yeah, I’m asking you.
Chair: Yeah. Last time I drove by.
Speaker: Okay. You don’t have to get cute. Um, so they’re not going to build any houses there cause it’s a golf course. You can’t have houses on a golf course.
Chair: Yes.
Speaker: So like, this is a way to comply with 3A, without doing any of the 3A stuff?
Chair: Yes, it is. We tried the other way, and it was rejected.
Speaker: So, but like when we’re preserving like the character of Marblehead, it’s like, it’s a bad thing. We’re selfish. We’re doing a bad thing. Like we’re not doing any housing.
Chair: Is that a question?
Speaker: Yeah, kind of. Like, are we kind of being pricks? Are we trying to do nothing? Because it seems like we’re doing nothing.
I’m not an expert on this, I didn’t even know it was a golf course. We’re trying to make sure we build no houses?
