Post-election Housing Happy Hour
Tuesday October 22, 7 to 9 pm, Portland Craft
We hold a regular Housing Happy Hour event on the third Tuesday of each month. In October, this would be Tuesday October 15. But because a lot of people are busy with the provincial election, we’re going to move this month’s event to the following Tuesday, October 22.
When: Tuesday October 22, 7 to 9 pm
Where: Portland Craft, 3835 Main Street (Main at 23rd)
The election looks really close, so it’ll either be a celebration or a wake!

Land in Metro Vancouver is both limited by ocean and mountains, and surprisingly underused. The reason is, it’s extremely difficult and labour-intensive to change the way a parcel of land can be used.
