In the Bay Area, only five municipalities have an acceptable housing plan

A quick update on California’s zoning holiday, with the state suspending zoning restrictions for municipalities which don’t have an acceptable housing plan. Any housing project that includes 20% low-income housing is now legal in those municipalities.
